Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are packaged and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays, except on Canadian/New Brunswick statutory holidays. 

Please note that we are currently experiencing delays in shipping due to COVID-19. 

Sanitation and COVID-19 Prevention

To protect ourselves and you during this pandemic, we are taking the following measures:

• All orders are packed and delivered to the post office by a single person, who thoroughly washes their hands before packing orders. 
• Order fulfillment takes place in a separate area from production to limit contact from others. No members of the public are allowed in our studio.
• All staff are practicing physical distancing and hygiene practices. 
• Employees must self-screen each day before entering the studio or beginning work. 
• All employees must follow the current public health measures as put in place by the Province of New Brunswick regarding social distancing and travel while not at work. 
• All tools, machines and surfaces in the studio are cleaned twice daily. Wherever possible, each employee has their own tools to reduce sharing.
• All packaging for mask and bra orders is new and not previously used for shipping.

All packages within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. Calculated rates based on your order will appear in your cart, with options to choose:

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

USA

All US orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS, with calculated rates based on your order, including the following options:

• Expedited Parcel USA

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

International

All international orders are shipped via Canada Post, with calculated rates based on your order, including the following options:

Duties and fees may apply depending on your country. Queen of Cups Lingerie Inc. is not responsible for any custom duties or taxes on your delivery.

Queen of Cups Lingerie Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays related to weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Online Bra Orders

Full payment is due when you place your pre-order. Custom orders that are being shipped must be paid in full before production will begin. 

Production and Processing time

Each and every item we make is made to order in our studio in St. Stephen, NB. We will inform you when you order what the expected production and processing time will be. Processing times are generally require 4-6 weeks. Final production will not proceed until all outstanding invoices are paid in full. 

Custom Made Orders

Our custom made orders are made specifically for each customer that chooses to make a bra with us. We strive to ensure that your garment meets your satisfaction. As such, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Returns

For our pre-order, customizable bras, we do provide a free return on your first order, because we understand sometimes it just isn't possible to get a great fit without trying on the product first. In order to minimize your carbon footprint and ours, we really, really recommend you read our fitting and measuring information carefully. If you aren't sure which size to order, please reach out and we will help you choose!

Once you have accepted final delivery of your custom garment, you have five days to report any issues with fit or construction, and we will happily fix them at no additional cost. 

If you require alterations once this five day period has passed, we are happy to discuss them with you, but requests will be subject to an hourly alteration rate and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

All sales are final on masks and materials. We do not accept returns for these products.
